NetPlayer Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

1. Service Description

NetPlayer is an iOS app for browsing, indexing, playing and offline caching personal audio files. The app can connect to Google Drive, WebDAV, SMB, FTP, Baidu Netdisk and Wi-Fi transfer folders.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access, play, download and manage content in connected storage locations. You may not use NetPlayer to infringe copyrights, privacy rights or other lawful rights of others.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Drive, Baidu Netdisk, WebDAV, SMB and FTP services are provided by their respective third parties or by your own server. When using these services, you must also follow their applicable terms and policies.

4. Google Sign-In

NetPlayer uses Google sign-in to identify and display your account in the app. Google OAuth credentials are stored locally and can be removed by signing out.

5. Local Data and Risks

Offline downloads and cache files use device storage. You can delete downloads or clear cache in the app. Network interruptions, third-party service changes or revoked account permissions may make some content temporarily unavailable.

6. Disclaimer

NetPlayer is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not responsible for third-party storage services, network connections, user content or indirect losses arising from use of the app.

7. Google API Compliance

NetPlayer's use of information received from Google APIs is governed by these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy. The app requests only permissions necessary to provide user-selected features, and uses Google account data only for sign-in and account display features that you explicitly choose.

8. Updates and Contact

These terms may be updated as app features and compliance requirements change. For support, please contact the NetPlayer maintainer using the user support email shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.
